- 1kg Yoplait Greek-style Natural Yoghurt
- 6 chicken breasts
- Zest and juice of one small lemon
- ½ cup parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup chives, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small chilli, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- Crack of black pepper
- Combine yoghurt and all other ingredients (except chicken) until well mixed.
- Add the chicken breasts, coating both sides well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
- Grill on the barbecue or in a pan until well cooked. Served with Greek salad and additional yoghurt.
