Greek Chicken

  • 1kg Yoplait Greek-style Natural Yoghurt
  • 6 chicken breasts
  • Zest and juice of one small lemon
  • ½ cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup chives, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small chilli, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Crack of black pepper


  1. Combine yoghurt and all other ingredients (except chicken) until well mixed.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, coating both sides well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.
  4. Grill on the barbecue or in a pan until well cooked. Served with Greek salad and additional yoghurt.
